Delicious pollock fillet in creamy cream sauce with herbs

The pollock or coalfish is one of the most popular food fish. Quite rightly, because it has a fine taste, is lean and is full of healthy fatty acids. To avoid destroying its subtle flavor, the herb sauce should not be dominant. With Fix für Seelachs in Kräuter-Sahne you can create a delicious dish with a mild quick sauce, carefully seasoned and finely flavored with herbs.

For this you will need: 400g fresh or thawed pollock fillet, 200ml whipped cream

It's as simple as this:
Place the fish in a baking dish. Heat 50ml water and 200ml cream, stir in sachet contents and bring to the boil. Pour the sauce over the fish and bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C / 170 °C convection oven for approx. 30 minutes. Serve with rice and a crisp salad.
