Delicious dumplings made from fresh, cooked and raw potatoes, half and half just the classic - for an intense potato flavor. Pfanni dough for 12 dumplings easy to prepare and made from 100% German, sustainably grown, potatoes.
Ideal with roast pork, roast beef, game, duck or goose.
And this is how it's easy:
Quickly stir the contents of the package into 750ml of water with a whisk and allow to swell for 10 minutes, now form 12 dumplings with wet hands and place in a large pot of boiling, salted water. Let the dumplings simmer for 5 minutes on low heat then turn off the heat and let them steep in the hot water for another 20 minutes. Remove the dumplings with a skimmer, arrange on a plate and serve.
