The classic among the Dr. Oetker jellies is the jelly woodruff flavor. The jelly looks especially appealing when cut into cubes before serving. Since 1920, Dr. Oetker Jell-O has been known as a refreshing food for the summer months. Because of its refreshing taste, jiggly consistency, and fascinating color, Dr. Oetker Jell-O is always a great treat!
And it's as simple as this:
2 sachets of jelly powder for jelly raspberry flavor for 500 ml water each (1 sachet is sufficient for 4 servings) 1. Mix 1 sachet of jelly and 80 g sugar (about 4 heaped tablespoons) in a saucepan, then stir with water using a wooden spoon. Heat while stirring until everything is dissolved (do not let it boil!). Pour liquid into dessert glasses or a glass bowl. Cool briefly, then refrigerate for at least 5 hrs.
