Simply pour Tortenguss fix with strawberry flavor into a mixing bowl, stir with boiling water (e.g. from the kettle) for 30 seconds - and spread on the fruit base covered with strawberries. No sugar added, no lumps, no burning. The delicious strawberry flavor of Dr. Oetker Tortenguss fix emphasizes the fruity-fresh aroma of the strawberries and thus guarantees maximum enjoyment.
The contents of the bag are sufficient for 250 ml of water.

Tortenguss fix into a mixing bowl. Add 250 ml / 8.45 fl.oz. boiling water all at once and whisk for at least 1/2 minute. Immediately spread cake glaze over fruit and allow to set.
