The practical mixture is simply mixed with the specified ingredients and filled into the enclosed paper molds. After just 20 minutes you can look forward to super chocolaty and juicy pastries. The ideal idea if you are expecting spontaneous visitors or are in the mood for cake.

12 pieces This package contains: 265 g baking mix for the dough 80 g chocolate drops 12 paper baking cups Also required: Baking tray Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 100 ml milk or water 1 egg (size M) 1 Preparation Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C 2 Prepare the dough Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, milk or water and egg. Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Set aside 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and stir in the rest. 3 Bake Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate chips. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack.
