Youwill need:
250g mixed minced meat (alternatively beef)
- 150g noodles (e.g. noodles Spirelli)
- 100g crème fraîche
- 50g grated cheese
- 1 tsp. oil
It's easy:
Brown minced meat in hot oil. Add 500ml water, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil while stirring. Place uncooked pasta in a baking dish. Pour sauce over pasta so that all pasta is covered. Spread crème fraîche on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 170°C) for about 30 minutes.
