Yeast dough - the all-rounder among basic doughs Attention cooking and baking fans: The high-quality RUF yeast dough shortens the preparation time for yeast specialties from all over the world. With the basic mixture, any yeast dough is a breeze. Simply mix the baking mix and dry baking yeast together in a bowl and add other ingredients as desired, such as herbs, olives or raisins. Then let the yeast dough rise for 30 minutes and conjure up delicious stollen, pizza or fresh baguette. So brilliant!

Top and bottom heat: approx. 180°C
Convection: approx. 160°C
Baking time: approx. 30 minutes

You will also need: For the dough:
160 ml warm water
60 g soft margarine or butter
some wheat flour for the work surface

Put the base mixture and yeast in a mixing bowl and mix. Add the lukewarm water and the soft margarine or butter.
Use an electric hand mixer (dough hook) on the highest setting to make a smooth dough. The dough should come away from the edge of the bowl. Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Then knead briefly on a floured work surface and shape into the desired form. Bake for about 30 minutes, depending on the recipe.
