Preparation couldn't be simpler: bring the milk to the boil, remove the pan from the heat, add the pudding powder and stir vigorously for a minute. Let the pudding rest for three minutes and stir well again.

100 g cream powder for 300 ml milk (for 2 portions) 1) Bring the milk to a boil. 2) Remove the pan from the heat. Add the powder while stirring with a whisk and continue stirring vigorously for 1 minute. 3) Leave the cream pudding to stand for 3 minutes, then Stir vigorously. Serve the pudding warm or pour it into glasses or bowls and allow to cool.
