Pudding powder chocolate fine tart for 500 ml / 16.9 fl.oz. Milk (for 4 servings) 1. Pudding powder with 2 geh. Tbsp. (40 g) sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tbsp. of the cold milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, remove from heat and whisk in the mixed powder. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour pudding into a bowl or cold-rinsed lintel mold. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before turning out.
