For this you will need:
300g chicken breast (alternatively turkey)
- 50ml (4 tbsp) whipping cream
- 1TL oil
- Easy and quick to prepare, for 2 servings
It's as simple as this:
Cut chicken breast into strips. Fry chicken breast in a pan for about 3 minutes in hot oil until golden brown. Add 300ml water and 50ml cream. Stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Rice tastes especially good as a side dish to the curry.
