Preparation is very simple: Put 3-4 heaped teaspoons into a mug, pour on 150-180 ml of hot, but not boiling, water, stir, and enjoy as a warm drink. For those who prefer a cool refreshment, simply use cold water. For an even creamier drink, add hot or cold milk.
