Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Cut 450g of turkey cutlets or chicken breast into strips. Fry them in 3 tablespoons of oil until browned. 2) Add 375ml of cold water. Stir in the seasoning mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. 3) Let the mixture simmer for 2 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice and green peas.
