This sliced meat with onions in a creamy sauce with a fine honey-mustard note is really good for feasting, guaranteed to be successful, quick and easy to prepare, especially tasty with pasta or rice.
You add fresh:
400g / 14oz sliced meat (from veal, pork or poultry), 250g / 8.81oz red onions and 2 teaspoons (60 g) crème légère
Preparation:
Peel the onions and cut into thin strips. Fry the strips in 1 tablespoon of hot oil over high heat. Add onions and fry briefly. Add 300 ml of cold water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute. Add the crème légère and bring to the boil briefly.
