3 chicken breast fillets á 150g, 300g mushrooms, 150ml whipped cream, 1 onion, 1 tsp oil

It's so easy:
Cut mushrooms into slices, peeled onion into cubes. Fry chicken breast fillets in hot oil for 5 minutes on each side until golden brown, remove and keep warm. Sauté mushrooms and diced onion in the drippings. Pour in 250ml water and 150ml cream, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil. Add chicken breasts and cook uncovered over medium heat for about 15 minutes until chicken breasts are cooked. Stir occasionally.
