Preparation:
This is what the pack contains: 50 g cream powder Just add: 250 g mascarpone 200 g whipped cream 100 ml milk Preparation: 1. Put the mascarpone, cream and milk in a mixing bowl and add the cream powder. Beat everything briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting until stiff. 2. Use it to fill or decorate baked goods, e.g. tarts or muffins, and place in the fridge until serving.
