This is what the package contains: 210 g baking mix for the dough 70 g chocolate drops 24 mini paper baking cups Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 60 ml (5 tbsp) milk or water 1 egg (size M) You will also need: Baking tray 1 Preparation Place 24 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C Hot air: around 160°C 2 Prepare the dough Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, milk or water and egg. Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Set aside 2 tablespoons of chocolate drops and stir in the rest. 3 Bake Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 teaspoons. Sprinkle on the remaining chocolate drops. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: about 15 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack.
