Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Slice 1 zucchini (300g) and 1 large bell pepper (250g) into strips. 2) Briefly sauté the zucchini and bell pepper in a pan with 1 tablespoon of hot oil. Add 500ml of water, stir in the seasoning mix, and bring to a boil. Stir in 200g of rice pasta (e.g., orzo, kritharaki). 3) Cover and simmer the zucchini mixture for 10-12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender. Sprinkle with 100g of crumbled sheep's cheese (e.g., feta) and serve.
