What types of products do you offer?
We offer an exquisite selection of high-quality spice blends, such as Maggi Seasoning Mix for roasted meat and vegetables, long-life foods, confectionery, and luxurious chocolate creations, such as those from Lindt with unique fillings. And much more...
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of Brazil and Mexico, as customers have historically been unwilling to pay the extremely high customs fees charged by the recipient country. Furthermore, we can no longer ship to Turkey, as EU imports under €30 are now permitted there.
Why does it take up to 3 business days for my order to be shipped?
Since we don't store our products, but always purchase everything fresh for our customers after they place their orders (except for seasonal items), to ensure you always receive the best-before date, we shop for goods every other day, and in between, all shipments are carefully packaged for you. For example, if you order on a Monday evening, we will purchase your goods on Wednesday morning and ship your order on a Thursday, resulting in a processing time of three business days. But your patience will pay off, as you'll always receive fresh goods from us.
Why is there a minimum order value of €25.00
Because each order is freshly purchased and we naturally incur costs for packaging materials and labor, it's not economically viable for us to process orders for just one or two items. We ask for your understanding, and with our large selection, you're sure to quickly find interesting products to meet the minimum order value.
I live in the US, why can't I order Bifi or Weißwurst?
Products of animal origin are not allowed to be imported into the USA, this includes all sausage and meat products, even in processed form, but canned fish is permitted.
There are certainly other countries outside the European Union that do not allow certain goods into the country, so please find out before you buy which products you are allowed to import and in what quantities.
Can I buy a larger quantity of certain products?
Yes, provided this quantity is available for us in the supermarket. If the desired quantity is not displayed in the shop, please send us a message via our contact form with the exact product title and the quantity you require and we will try to fulfill your request.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Delivery times in Germany are typically 3-6 days. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. You can view delivery times when selecting your shipping method.
Are there wholesale prices?
We purchase the goods we offer fresh from the nearby supermarket for our customers after they place their orders. For this reason, we do not accept wholesale orders. We ask that you refrain from making such inquiries.
How can I return my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days without giving any reason (except for seasonal items) . Please contact us to start the return process and return the goods to our billing address.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Sofortüberweisung via Klarna.
How are the shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and depend on the weight/volume of the goods, your location, and the selected shipping method. We offer free shipping for orders over €50 within Germany, as well as for orders over a certain amount within the EU. We also offer a flat rate for most countries.

What happens if my chocolate melts during shipping?
We recommend choosing express shipping during the summer months and adding refrigerated shipping to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. We assume no liability for any goods that melt during shipping.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your delivery.
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately with your full name, order number, and photos of the package and the goods. We will help you resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement. (Claims without photos and order number will not be processed.)
Why did my chip bags burst or the chips crumble?
Since we ship all our overseas orders by airmail, the chips, like any other goods, are subject to altitude differences during transit.
The amount of air in a bag of chips is always the same. If a bag of chips is transported to higher altitudes, the air inside swells due to the lower air pressure. This can cause the seams to burst and the chips to become crushed. We assume no liability for this and ask you to decide for yourself whether you wish to order these products.
