Preparation:
1) Cook 200 g of rice as usual. Dice 1 large (100 g) onion and 300 g chicken breast. 2) Briefly fry the meat in a pan in 3 tablespoons of hot oil. Add the onion and sweat it. 3) Add 1 small can (230 g) of chopped tomatoes and 100 ml of water. Stir in the contents of the bag. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in 1 cup (150 g) of yogurt. Serve the chicken tikka masala with the rice. Sprinkle with chopped herbs as desired, e.g. chervil or coriander.
