Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Place 150g of thin macaroni in a casserole dish. If they are too long, break them in half. 2) Brown 300g of lean ground beef in 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add 500ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the sauce to a boil. 3) Pour the sauce evenly over the macaroni. Spread 100g of light cream and 50g of grated cheese (16% fat) on top. Bake the macaroni in a preheated oven at 200°C (175°C fan-assisted) for about 30 minutes. A green salad goes well with it.
