Preparation:
Simply stir the contents of the bag into 500 ml of cold water with a whisk. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for 5 minutes at low heat. Stir occasionally. Two plates of the spicy-creamy chanterelle soup are ready. Our gourmet tip: Chop 2 slices of crispy fried breakfast bacon and sprinkle on top when serving.
