Preparation:
Here's how it's done: 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and remove from the stove. Put the icing bag in and let it sit for about 10 minutes. 2. Dry the bag, knead vigorously and cut open. Pour the glaze onto the cooled pastry and spread with a knife. Note: - If there is some glaze left in the bag, let the rest cool down and use up within a short time. - When heating, no water should get into the glaze.
