Baking has never been easier! With the Dr. Oetker baking mix lemon muffins you can easily prepare fruity pastries. Simply add oil, milk and eggs and fill the enclosed molds with the dough. In just 20 minutes you can enjoy airy, fluffy muffins with a tangy lemon flavor. These can be particularly well refined with the delicious lemon glaze.

This is what the package contains: 305 g baking mix for the dough 150 g icing mix 12 paper baking cups Also required: Baking tray Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 75 ml milk or water 2 eggs (size M) about 3 tablespoons hot water 1. Preparation Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C 2. Prepare the dough Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, milk or water and eggs. Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. 3. Baking and glazing Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: lower third Baking time: about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the cases on a cake rack. Pour the glaze mixture into a small bowl. Add enough hot water and stir until a thick glaze forms. Using a pastry brush, spread the glaze evenly over the muffins and allow to set.
