And this is how easy it is:
For 200ml milk / 6.76 fl.oz. and 200g / 7.05 oz. whipped cream (for 4 servings) 1. Place milk and whipped cream in a saucepan. Whisk in cream powder and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for at least 1 min. Divide the cream among 4 heat-resistant ramekins or cups, let cool slightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with caramelized sugar and caramelize with a gourmet burner. Or preheat oven grill to highest setting. Sprinkle sugar and caramelize for about 2 min. on top rack. Allow crème to cool slightly and serve.
