Preparation:
Fresh add: 350 g lean mixed minced meat, 100 ml cooking cream with vegetable fats (7% fat) and 125 g mozzarella light (9% fat) Preparation: 1) Season minced meat with about ½ tsp salt (2 g) and pepper. Form 12 small balls and place in a baking dish. 2) Stir bag contents into 100 ml cold water and cooking cream and pour evenly over meatballs. 3) Slice mozzarella and spread on top of meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven: 175°C) for about 25 minutes. We recommend pasta and a tomato-cucumber salad.
