Preparation:
And here's how easy it is: 1) Slice 100g of washed leeks into rings. 2) Sauté the leeks in 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add 250g of creamed spinach (frozen) and sauté for about 3 minutes. Pour in 500ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. Bring the vegetable sauce to a boil and cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3) Place 500g of chilled spaetzle in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle the casserole with 100g of grated cheese (16% fat). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 175°C) for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
