With a whisk, stir 2EL Maggi Sauce zu Braten into 250ml / 8.45 fl.oz of hot water or liquid and bring to the boil. Now refine the dark sauce as desired with tomato paste, red wine, mustard or whipped cream. The delicious sauce for roasts is ready. It is best to pour into a sauce pot or serve directly on the plate.
