Maggi Fix for hearty roulades 33g makes 3 servings
A typical German delicacy are roulades filled with bacon, cucumber and onions in a hearty gravy, whereby the mustard gives the sauce an additional special note and should not be missing. If the kitchen smells like roulades, you immediately think of home.
For this you need:
3 beef roulades, 2 onions, 50g / 1.76 oz mild breakfast bacon, 2 pickles, 3 teaspoons of mustard

Easy and quick to prepare
It's that easy:
Brush the 3 roulades with 3 teaspoons of mustard, fill with 2 onions, 50g mild breakfast bacon and 2 pickles and seal. Then carefully fry all over and remove from the pot. Deglaze the roasting set with water, stir in the bag contents and bring to the boil. Cover and let simmer for 60-90 minutes at low heat.
This goes well with potatoes orDumplings andRed cabbage.
