The ideal sauce for gratin, pasta and vegetable dishes
To give vegetable dishes with spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, leeks, Brussels sprouts or kohlrabi a mild, creamy note, Maggi For Connoisseurs Cheese Cream Sauce is perfect! It also tastes wonderful with unfilled and filled pasta such as tortellini. In addition, it is ideal for gratinating vegetables, pasta or potatoes.
With Maggi, the cream cheese sauce is prepared in no time. Simply whisk the contents of the sachet into 200ml of cold water. Bring cheese sauce to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Stir occasionally. Finally, stir in 50ml or 4EL of cream and let it get hot. The creamy and mild cheese-cream sauce is ready.
