For this you will need:
300 g chicken cutlets (alternatively pork or lamb)
- 150 g rice
- 2 tsp oil
- Easy and quick to prepare, for 3 servings
This is how it works:
Sauté cutlets in hot oil. Fry rice briefly. Add 500 ml water, stir in contents of sachet and bring to the boil. Cover and cook on low heat for approx. 20 min. until rice is cooked. Stir occasionally.
