You will also need:
500 ml (1/2 l) milk
50 g sugar

Preparation

Take approx. 6 tbsp of the 500 ml (1/2 l) milk and use it to mix the custard powder and approx. 2-3 heaped tbsp (50 g) of sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Remove the milk from the heat, add the mixed powder and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Pour the pudding into dessert glasses or a glass bowl and chill. To turn out: Pour the pudding into a cold rinsed mold, chill and turn out once completely cooled.
