Using a whisk, stir 2EL Maggi Sauce zu Braten into 250ml / 8.45 fl.oz hot water or any liquid that arises. Bring sauce to a boil and simmer for 1 minute. Add whipped cream, milk, herbs or cheese to the light sauce.
The creamy white sauce is ready. Pour into a sauce pot or serve directly on the plate.
