The combination of creamy cream and fruity strawberry sauce offers a heavenly experience. Simply whip with milk and cream and enjoy chilled!

You also need:

For the panna cotta:
300 ml milk (1.5% fat)
200 g whipped cream

For the sauce:
40 ml (approx. 4 tablespoons) lukewarm water

preparation

1. Pour 300 ml of lukewarm milk into a tall mixing bowl. Add the cream powder and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting, then beat on the highest setting for about 1 minute.

2. Add 200 g liquid cream and stir at the lowest setting.

3. Pour the liquid dessert into dessert glasses or portion molds and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Turn out before serving if necessary. Mix the powder for the strawberry sauce with the lukewarm water and spread directly on the panna cotta.
