The cream gives cakes, muffins or tarts a particularly fine chocolatey note with the sugar-coated chocolate flakes and low-fat cocoa powder it contains. The chocolate cream is also suitable as a cake filling and as an external frosting for various pastry creations, such as a chocolate cherry tart. The chocolate cream gives baked goods a firm filling that is guaranteed to be a success.
To prepare it you only need 150 ml of warm water and 600 g of cold whipped cream.
Preparation:
Just add: 600 g cold whipped cream, 150 ml warm water PREPARATION: 1. Beat the cream until stiff. 2. Put the cream powder in a mixing bowl, add warm water and mix well with a whisk for 1/2 minute. Fold in the cream in 2 portions. Continue processing the chocolate cream mixture according to the recipe.
