In our low-fat version with less than 1.5% fat content, it is also suitable for a conscious diet. The classic sauce can be prepared in no time at all. The creamy all-round sauce with egg yolk is ideal with white or green asparagus, carrots, broccoli, fish, cauliflower and meat.
