Preparation:
And it's so easy: 1) Slice 400g of brown or white mushrooms. 2) Sauté the mushrooms in 1 tbsp of hot oil. Add 250ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning mix. 3) Bring to a boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Serve with bread dumplings or rösti and a salad.
