add:
100g butter
125 ml (1/8 L) water
1 egg (size M)
preparation
for 12 brownies:
1. Prepare the baking pan:
Carefully remove the adhesive dots from the baking pan and unfold the pan.
Fold the upper part of the edges outwards and insert tabs into openings.
2.Prepare the dough:
Preheat oven.
Put butter in a pot, melt it and let it cool slightly.
Put the baking mix, melted butter, egg and water in a bowl.
Mix briefly with a mixer (beaters) on the lowest setting.
Stir at the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy.
3. Decorate and bake:
Pour the dough into the baking tin and smooth it out.
Spread chocolate shavings evenly over the dough.
Bake the brownie on the middle rack.

180°C top/bottom heat or 160°C circulating air
