Dr. Oetker Yogurt Glaze adds a deliciously creamy yogurt note to any pastry, dessert, ice cream or fruit. The melt-in-the-mouth cake glaze is simply heated in a water bath and then a delicious and finely shiny coating is easily achieved. The perfect topping for cakes, muffins, desserts, ice cream and fruit!
Preparation:
This is how it's done: 1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, remove from heat. Place frosting bags in it and let sit in it for about 10 min. 2. dry the bag, knead vigorously and cut open. Pour glaze onto cooled pastry and spread with a knife. Note: - If some glaze remains in the bag, let the remaining amount cool and use it up within a short time. - Do not allow water to get into the glaze when heating.
