Preparation:
1. Put 200 g of prepared ripe fruit into a mixing bowl and puree briefly. 2. Add the mixture and puree for about 1 minute. 3. Pour the fruit spread into a clean, sealable jar (about 250 ml) and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat. The fruit spread may thicken slightly.
