Preparation:
Put the contents of the bag on a flat plate. Moisten the schnitzel well with cold water. Place the schnitzel in the breading, press well, turn and press well again. Fry in plenty of hot oil and fry until golden on both sides over medium heat. Makes 3 servings, Good Appetite!
