Youwill need:
4 fresh chicken breast fillets (150g each)
- 400g potatoes
- 200g tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell bell pepper
- 1 zucchini (200g)
- 4 tsp oil
Makes 4 servings
Easy and quick to prepare

This is how it's easy:
Cut peeled potatoes into approx. 2 x 2cm cubes and bell peppers into strips. Halve zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices about 2 cm thick, tomatoes into wedges. Mix contents of bag with 4TL water and oil in a large bowl. Place chicken breasts on a baking sheet, brush each with 1TL of the marinade. Mix potatoes and vegetables in bowl with remaining marinade and spread around chicken breasts. Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 180°C) for about 35 minutes until the potatoes are cooked.

Note: For larger chicken breast fillets, extend cooking time accordingly.
