All you have to do is add eggs, milk and oil and you have the perfect dough for juicy muffins with crunchy chocolate pieces. The included molds make the baking experience even easier. A great idea that children can also help with.

12 pieces This package contains: 300 g baking mix for the dough 80 g chocolate chips 12 paper baking cups Also required: Baking tray Just add: 125 ml cooking oil, e.g. B. Rapeseed oil 125 ml milk or water 1 egg (size M) 1 Preparation Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking tray. Preheat oven. Top/bottom heat: around 180°C 2 Prepare the dough Place the baking mixture for the dough in a mixing bowl. Add oil, milk or water and egg. Mix everything with a mixer (stirrers) on the highest setting for about 2 minutes or with a whisk to form a smooth dough. Set aside 1 tablespoon of chocolate chips and stir in the rest. 3 Bake Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top. Put the baking tray with the molds in the oven. Shelf: middle Baking time: about 20 minutes. Remove the muffins from the tray and let them cool in the tins on a cake rack.
