Preparation:
Add fresh: 800 g / 28.21 oz. peppers (red + yellow), 700 g / 24.68 oz. potatoes and 300 g / 10.58 oz. lean minced meat Preparation: 1) Clean peppers and peel potatoes. Cut both into cubes. Fry minced meat in 2 tbsp. hot oil for 2 minutes. Add peppers and potatoes and fry for 2 minutes on all sides. 2) Add 350 ml / 11.83 fl.oz. Add water, stir in bag contents and bring to a boil while stirring. 3) Cover and cook for about 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
