Preparation:
1) Cut 1 large (approx. 600 g) cucumber and 1 red onion into thin slices. Cut 1 small (approx. 400 g) iceberg lettuce into fine strips. 2) Cut 400 g chicken breast into thin strips. Mix well in a bowl with 1 tbsp oil and the contents of the bag. Fry the meat over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes until it is cooked through and golden brown. 3) Fill 400 g warmed pita bread (6 pita pockets) with cucumber, onion and iceberg lettuce. Spread the meat on top. Drizzle the remaining vegetables with a little lemon juice as desired and garnish the plates with it. Yoghurt or garlic sauce goes well with this.
