Pamper yourself with our exclusive RUF Cookies Double Chocolate American Style baking mix made from chocolate dough and with 3 types of chocolate chunks made from dark, milk and white chocolate. Enjoy the delicious chocolate taste and transform your kitchen into a luxurious bakery. The baking mix is sufficient for 10 incredibly delicious cookies, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, perfect to enjoy or give as a gift to your loved ones.
And it’s that easy:
add:
50g butter
50 ml cold water
preparation
1. Prepare the dough:
Preheat oven.
Put the baking mix, soft butter and cold water in a bowl.
Use a mixer (dough hook) on the lowest setting to process until crumbly, about 1 minute.
Add half of the chocolate chunks.
Knead into a smooth dough.
2. Prepare cookies:
Divide the dough into 10 pieces.
Form pieces into balls.
Place the balls on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving more space between them.
Flatten the balls to a height of 2 cm.
Spread the remaining chunks on top and press them in.
3. Bake and cool:
Bake cookies on the middle rack.
Allow to cool on a baking tray for about 15 minutes.

180°C top/bottom heat or 160°C circulating air
