Fine Pudding Real Caramel - creamy, full-bodied taste to the last spoonful For all those who cook with love: RUF Fine Pudding Real Caramel is reminiscent of cozy afternoons on grandma's kitchen sofa. The premium pudding with lots of caramel also shines as a base for creative dessert creations or cake toppings. An excellent choice for making a lasting impression on guests and conjuring up unforgettable indulgent desserts in no time at all. Simply boil the caramel pudding powder with sugar and milk. The pudding can be stored perfectly thanks to its long shelf life.

You will also need:
500 ml (1/2 l) milk
50 g sugar

Preparation

Take approx. 6 tbsp of the 500 ml (1/2 l) milk and use it to mix the custard powder and approx. 2-3 heaped tbsp (50 g) of sugar. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil. Remove the milk from the heat, add the mixed powder and bring to the boil again, stirring constantly. Pour the pudding into dessert glasses or a glass bowl and chill. To turn out: Pour the pudding into a cold rinsed mold, chill and turn out once completely cooled.
