The baking mix stands for a light, airy and moist cake that is topped with a crispy cocoa glaze. Its characteristic Gugelhupf look conjures up a touch of tradition and craftsmanship on the table. The simple preparation with just a few ingredients and the practical packaging in the folding box make the RUF Gugelhupf a straightforward offer. The product combines the taste and warmth of grandmother's kitchen with modern requirements and inspires generations of cake lovers.

100 ml milk (1.5% fat)

Prepare the dough:
Put the baking mix, soft margarine or butter, eggs and milk in a mixing bowl and mix briefly with an electric hand mixer (whisk) on the lowest setting and then mix on the highest setting for about 3 minutes until creamy. Baking:
Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan (diameter approx. 22 cm), put the dough in and smooth it out. Bake the cake on the middle rack in the preheated oven. Before removing it, check with a wooden skewer whether the cake is cooked. Cool and decorate:
After baking, remove the cake from the tin and place it on a wire rack to cool. Place the icing bag in boiling hot water and leave to soak for 10-15 minutes. Cut open the bag and spread the liquid icing onto the cooled cake with a knife.
