Dr. Oetker Marble Brownies taste super chocolaty and are real eye-catchers thanks to their individual marble look. Preparation is quick and easy because the baking pan is also included in the package. All you have to do is add eggs, water and oil to the dough mixture and mix with the dough scraper or wooden spoon. To get the individual marble look, the dough is marbled with a fork before baking. The marble brownies are then baked in the oven for 40 minutes (top/bottom heat: around 160° degrees; hot air: 140° degrees).

Pour almost 2/3 of the dough into the baking pan. Mix the remaining dough with the remaining water and the mixture with cocoa. 3. Marbling and baking Spread the dark dough onto the light dough in blobs and pull through the layers of dough with a fork to create a marble pattern. Place the pan on the rack in the oven. Insertion: middle Baking time: about 40 minutes. Allow the pastry to cool in the tin. Open the sides of the mold and cut into 16 pieces.
