Preparation is quick and easy. And homemade means there's a lot of love in them too! This is what the package contains: 285 g baking mix 100 g icing mix 12 g pink decorative hearts with strawberry flavor made of white chocolate 12 paper baking cups Also required: Baking sheet Add: 1 egg (size M) 175 ml milk 50 ml (4 tbsp) cooking oil, e.g. sunflower oil 1-2 tbsp water 1 Prepare and make dough Place 12 paper baking cups on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven. Top/bottom heat: approx. 180°C Convection: approx. 160°C Put the baking mix in a mixing bowl, add egg, milk and oil. Mix everything with a whisk or mixer (stirring rods) for about 1 min. until a smooth dough is formed. 2 Bake Immediately distribute the dough evenly into the molds using 2 tablespoons. Place the baking sheet with the molds in the oven. Rack position: middle Baking time: approx. 20 min. Remove the muffins from the baking sheet and let them cool in the molds on a wire rack. 3 Glaze and decorate Put the icing mix in a small bowl. Add water and stir to form a thick icing. Spread the icing evenly over the muffins with a pastry brush. Immediately sprinkle with the decorative hearts and let the icing set.
