Preparation:
Add fresh: 300 g spaghetti, 100 g lean cooked ham and 375 ml milk (1.5% fat) Preparation: 1) Put spaghetti in boiling water and cook until al dente. 2) Dice ham and heat in a saucepan in 1 tablespoon hot oil. Pour in cold milk and stir in sachet contents with a whisk. 3) Bring to a boil while stirring and cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve the sauce with the spaghetti. Serve with a fresh leaf salad.
